 People who have moved from the employee to entrepreneur successfully have often wish they have made the transition sooner. Most report that not knowing and false fears are what stopped them from starting sooner. We will be addressing the real issues that are useful to know entering the world of entrepreneurship to de-mystify this world. This course is also useful for existing entrepreneurs because it  help with increased effectiveness. Both David Williams and Martin Brossman walk their talk as being trainers that had successful employee / management careers before the moved into entrepreneur ship.  

 

About the developers:
Martin W. Brossman is the Director of CoachingSupport.com, an organization committed to supporting people in living lives they love. He is a trainer and personal coach, specializing in communications, career direction, conflict resolution,  coaching, and team effectiveness. A graduate of St. Andrews College, he has 20 years of professional experience including organizing and operating small firms and a personal consulting business. At IBM he received the "IBM Means Service" award, the top award given for customer service. In 2000 he was honored with the NC Governor's Volunteer of the Year Award. Martin has been a speaker and trainer for corporations, government agencies, and medical centers including; IBM, The Environmental Protection Agency, Duke Medical Center, and the Granville County Health Department. He has been a featured presenter at the National Leadership Training Forum of the American Society for Training and Development. As a volunteer and trainer, he offers his services to the Laugh Mobile Program at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.

 

David Williams is the Vice-President and 50% owner of Unlimited Web Solutions, INC., a global online marketing company.  He has also been conducting workshops through the Community College System Small Business Centers of North Carolina since 2000.  In addition, David does consulting and training on internet based marketing for ad agencies, design firms and others in need of his services.  David worked his way up the corporate ladder to a mid-management position with a Fortune 500 company.  In this position, David managed over 250 employee's and 30 plus managers.  David's corporate position allowed him to stay in places like Las Vegas, on Disney property and other similar places, but he was not happy.  His passion to be self employed and be a true entrepreneur lead him to take the necessary steps to enjoy his current position with Unlimited Web Solutions, INC.
